How it Works

..Hi My name is Lizbeth and I have 30 years experience in Reiki healing and meditation classes using what is known as Kundalini Yoga.

I am qualified with an ITEC Diploma in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and also offer Natural Face-Lift Massage and been trained in Reiki Healing and holds a Level 2 and 3 Reiki Practitioner qualification.

Kundalini meditation is a form of yoga and meditation that combines physical movements, breathing exercises, hand positions, and meditation techniques to awaken the Kundalini energy that lies at the base of the spine. The practice aims to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being and greater awareness and emotional balance.

While you are being healed you will be entering a meditative state via the healing energy of the kundalini.

The term “Kundalini” comes from the Sanskrit word “kundal, ” which means “circular. ” It also refers to a coiled snake. And according to practitioners, Kundalini energy is like that coiled snake: It sits at the base of your spine, sleeping and unaroused.
Kundalini yoga is practiced to activate this energy, which allows it to move up and through the chakras along your spine.
Once activated this energy then rises to cause a person to become thoughtless and it then starts to heal the 7 spiritual energy points within our bodies called chakras.
